As thousands of shluchos prepare their itineraries for their upcoming trip to New York for the Kinus Hashluchos at the end of the month, Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky of Merkos  L’Inyonei Chinuch joined a meeting with the staff of Chabad House HQ (Suite 302) in a conference room in the offices above 770 to generate ideas to best serve them.
