As reported Mr. Yuli-Yoel Edelstein , Speaker of the Knesset, will deliver the Guest Address at the Kinus Hashluchim.

Seen here with Reb Mottel “der Shoichet,” Mr. Edelstein had numerous firsthand encounters with the underground network of Chabad shluchim in the FSU. He will share some of his experiences with the Rebbe’s Shluchim and Chassidim across the globe.

The banquet will take place on Sunday November 23 at the South Brooklyn Marine Terminal.
