International JewQ Championship Going Live
Tune in today at 11:00 am for the grand finale that we’ve all been waiting for—an action-packed program featuring music, inspiration, and lively competition.
After months of studying, reviewing, and taking tests, JewQ champions from around the world will get the chance to represent their Hebrew schools onstage at the JewQ International Torah Championship event.
The event will be emceed by Rabbi Yehoshua Lustig, of Chidon Sefer Hamitzvos fame, and feature a guest performance by Rabbi Shmuel Marcus of 8th Day.
A panel of three accomplished female judges will keep the champions on their toes—Judge Ruchie Freier, a civil court judge for the state of New York; Professor Eve Krakowski, an accomplished author and teacher at Princeton University; and Mrs. Mushky Loewenthal, co-director of CKids and creator of the successful IsraelQuest curriculum.
Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, Vice Chairman of Merkos L’inyonei Chinuch, will give a highly-anticipated keynote address to the champions and their parents. “These kids are the future of our Jewish nation,” Rabbi Kotlarsky says. “This is a big moment for all of them.”
